1、在閱讀中交流，在交流中提高

語文成績的提高，很大程度了取決于學生的閱讀，我想在初中階段還是應該以大量的閱讀為主。這是培養(yǎng)語文能力最重要的方面。家長如果要問語文怎么才能學得好，我想所有的語文老師都會給你們相同的答案，只有靠閱讀。但是也有家長有困惑，說我的孩子很愛讀書，讀了很多書，可語文成績怎么就沒有提高呢?作文還是寫得不怎么樣啊?那就是閱讀書籍的選擇和怎樣閱讀的問題。我課下和一位同學交流過，他爸爸認為他兒子很愛看書的，我就問他，你都看了什么書。他告訴我是科幻類的書，或是漫畫類的。

現(xiàn)在教育部有指定的初中生必讀書目，這些你肯定要讓孩子讀的。此外，家長也可以給孩子訂閱一些期刊雜志，比如《讀者》、《青年博覽》、《青年文摘》、《雜文選刊》、《微型小說選刊》、《散文》、《時文選萃》等，對孩子的學習肯定會有幫助。而且在家閱讀時，最好家長能和孩子一起閱讀。上初中以后，孩子們的逆反達到了高潮，許多家長已經(jīng)束手無策了，尤其是母親，經(jīng)常與孩子產生沖突，氣得涕淚交流，感覺到做母親的失敗和無奈。學生也戲稱，這是青春期碰到了更年期。其實，我們不妨降低自己的身份，提高孩子的身份，變成平等的交流與協(xié)商，接受并尊重孩子的成長。因此，我鼓勵家長和孩子共同去閱讀，變玩電腦、看電視的時間變成讀書時間，親子閱讀中交流讀書感受，必然會督促孩子讀書的積極性，而且融洽了母子(女)、父子(女)的關系。每周一次，甚至兩周一次，堅持下來，我相信必然會有所得。

2、關于寫作。

明天是“六一”國際兒童節(jié)。55年前，國際民主婦女聯(lián)合會為保障全世界兒童的生存權力、保健權力和受教育的權力，于1949年11月在莫斯科召開的一次大會上決定每年六月一日為國際兒童節(jié)。1949年12月23日，中國**還規(guī)定六一為兒童節(jié)。

于是，全世界的兒童就擁有了一個屬于自己的節(jié)日——“六一”國際兒童節(jié)。

我謹代表學校向全體學生表示祝賀，并祝他們節(jié)日快樂！

我也借此機會向各位老師表示衷心的感謝和崇高的敬意。你們都是受人尊敬的老師和辛勤工作的園丁。你愛學校如家，愛生活如子；勤奮，勤奮；教書，無私奉獻。
