一、面試的前期準備

1、重要的是要看給誰介紹，介紹前要查閱面試人的資料。

最好是想辦法去看看老師長啥樣，這樣多少會心安一點。知道面試老師平常上課、和人說話是什么樣子。如此一來，面試的時候哪怕他面容嚴肅，但是知道了老師本性其實非常和藹可親，還會被嚇到嗎?

熟悉他們的表達方式和詞庫。如果對方是老前輩，就少用不明覺厲、我伙呆等潮詞。盡量多用對方研究領域的詞匯。

2、做一份合適的簡歷附帶上材料。
